The fascination of the executioner who deludes himself into thinking he can elevate himself to God and dispose of the lives of others. But then comes inexorable death that sweeps away all illusions. God welcomes all souls, making them all equal as in the beginning. So let's stop sowing useless suffering and mourning for miserable and evanescent earthly glories.
